This policy defines how CPX may be used and the responsibilities of participants.

What CPX Is

CPX provides non-custodial escrow infrastructure and an interface that enables buyers and sellers to transact digital products and services using rule-based settlement.

CPX does not act as a seller, broker, agent, or custodian, and does not take ownership or control of user funds or deliveries.

What CPX Is Not

Seller Responsibility

Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that their listings, deliveries, and communications comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction and the buyer’s jurisdiction.

By creating a listing or fulfilling an order, sellers represent that their product or service is lawful and accurately described.

Prohibited Products & Services

The following categories are strictly prohibited from being listed or delivered through the CPX interface:

Reporting Abuse

Users may report listings or accounts that appear to violate this policy. Reports are reviewed for policy compliance only.

Interface-Level Restrictions

CPX reserves the right to restrict access to its interface, including hiding listings or suspending accounts, for violations of this policy.

Such actions do not affect smart contracts, escrow funds, or protocol-level settlement.

Jurisdiction & Neutrality

CPX operates as a neutral infrastructure provider. Users are responsible for understanding and complying with laws applicable to their jurisdiction.
